Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born South London, England into a mixed family. Madekwe is English as well as her father was Nigerian. She grew on an estate in south London council estate as a teenager, she 14she enrolled in The Brit School. In London she attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting certificate was obtained. She appeared on stage in several productions as a student like the role of King Henry V, as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her acting career in the film Storm Damage. Since then, she has made guest appearances for Teachers, Doctors, Casualty, and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's first film appearance was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), opposite Colin Farrell. In the following film, she appeared in Elisha in the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In her role, she also played Ollie in the six episodes in the series Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. In 2008, the actress was offered Bambi as the main character on ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also played the main character on How to lose friends & betray people, which was released by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in the year 2008. Her theatre credits comprise Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe was a part of Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode series aired for just 2 weeks at The CW and then it ended. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge from February 2011. Madekwe's departure from the series was announced in May 2013. Following two seasons as the main character she made a guest performance in the opening episode of season three. From 2014-2016, Madekwe starred in the role of Tituba the television series Salem. Madekwe married her long-time partner, Iddo. They've worked together in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he played a part with her in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress, who was born into the large family. Her parents were Patty and Roy Leggat. Her four older brothers were present as well and included twins Todd and Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's sports brothers were avid baseball players during the summer months as well as hockey in winter. Ashley was never able to walk but she was able to dance. At the age of two, she began Baby Ballet and fell in love. Ashley developed a passion for dancing after she started the Baby Ballet. Ashley participated in the top divisions for jazz, tap hip hop, ballet lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics as well as pointe until the time she completed from high school. Ashley was awarded the top soloist award at every major dance event, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, to name just the few.
