Lis Wiehl (born August 19, 1960) is a famous American author and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor at Law, New York Law School. Previously she was associate professor of Law University of Washington Law School. Legal commentaries have been provided to National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly, Lou Dobbs Tonight, The Imus morning programs and is the host of The Legal Lis radio show. Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was born and raised in Yakima and attended West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in English from Barnard College, followed by an MA in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl served as the US attorney. She was a legal correspondent on the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as deputy chief investigation counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. From 1995 until 2001, she was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle and was in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl is an analyst for Fox News analyst since 2001.
